What is your Return Policy?
Shoes – We are happy to offer full-refunds on like-new shoes within 45 days. Gently used shoes are eligible for exchange or store credit within 45 days. Some exclusions on specialty products apply. Carbon-plated racing shoes are final sale, unless returned in brand or like-new condition. Sale purchases are final sale.
Apparel and Accessories – Any new and unused apparel or accessories in its original package with tags on can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund.
Sorry no returns on nutrition products. All purchases of Sale items are final.
We reserve the right to deny a request fora return or exchange at any time deemed necessary.
How do I make a return or exchange?
You can either bring your product(s) back to the store or send it back to us. Please call the store to set up the return or exchange.
How long does shipping take?
Roughly 5-7 business days. If you require a tracking number please call the store.
What is your international shipping policy?
We love seeing our products all around the world, but as of right now we limit our shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and the Lower 48.
